Yes, Womat, I've had that happen a few times, at which point I question why I selected the lousy sheet to buy. It happens way more with big outdoor size/weight sheets. Indoor sheets are typically 18" long by 1.x" wide, (and lighter) which helps cull away the above problem, and a good (indoor) balsa cutter also culls away untold feet of iffy wood.
