In all this talk about fancy covering jigs, perhaps the simplicity of covering with mylar has been over looked.

First, covering with mylar is incredibly easy. It is NOT one of the toughest parts of indoor building. To me, the easiest way is still to spray with 3M77 to attach the film. I have tried both methods, and I find that spraying with 3M77 is quick and light.

Second, you do not need a fancy adjustable jig to cover. I use a simple adjustable jig that consists of two 3/16" x 1" x 22" balsa rails and two 3/16" x 8" dowels that hold the the two rails in position.

Others use simple box frames that are not even adjustable. They are simple and work fine.
