The the latest set of Walley Miller's EZ-B event rules (to the best of my recollection) in the INAV was in issue #126 (I have not yet seen issue #129, if it is out yet). This lists the 1.7 gram minimum weight and the Tan II rubber requirement.

How anyone can tell Tan II from the current Tan SS just by looking(the rumor is that someone's taste buds can differentiate)? So, that requirment is somewhat hard to enforce. And, the July 2010 Tan SS is better than many Tan II batches for indoor flying.

He's instituting a one-design original 1960 Wally Miller "Easy-B" contest. $100 first place prize! (And cash down to 3rd place.) He stresses the only design exception is covering--no microfilm allowed, as the 1960 Easy-B was mic covered.
