I have got the site contact to agree to a flat rate of $200 for an
additional 3 hours of flying time this is much less than the $175/hr. So
anyone wishing to fly after 6pm will be required to donate to the
additional $200 rental fee.

I need to make sure we have a CD lined up for the additional hours.
