Thanks Leo and Fred Bare,

The copy of the Science Olympiad Helicopter rules that I have are marked
rev. 9-24-09 but state 4-g weight and 40-cm rotors. I hope that they are
the correct rules, but the school has not called yet so I might not need
to know. I usually help at the middle school that my two kids attended
long ago.

If either of you or anyone else gets further rules clarification, please
post it here.
