The production date is July 6 1999. This was written on the storage bag.
In the file section, Bill had summarized Tan II tests. Looks like Bob Gibbs in INAV 98 tested it. A little less than 5/99. Same as 7/97.
Looks like Carl Bakay also tested it. And it tested average.
