That's fine, Leroy, but I hope everyone realizes I am not claiming what is the "best" way to do anything. Bill G's times indeed qualify him to offer legitimate alternatives to do anything. In the past I have attacked (and still do attack) those who stray from accepted practice without being able to back up their claims with GOOD DURATION. As Curt Steven's nice stopwatches have printed on each one, "The Bullshit Stops when the Stopwatch Starts."
