My latest LPP wing has about 10 mg of adhesive for the covering using Mark's method but with a less diluted mixture (because I was getting impatient). You should be able to do considerably better than 10 mg on your F1L wing.
I consider Duco to be nearly weightless so I don't usually even bother to figure out glue weights for frames. If you are using Duco or Ambroid for your outlines I think you can use a lot less than 10 mg there.

Yes, after covering, adding dihedral and wing posts, I expect the completed wing to be 0.22. Here is my "budget"

wing total 0.22
My previous efforts came in at 0.30 and 0.25.
