Max,

Depron forms easily with heat and does not need a lot of temp to mold or
form. You can mold it by baking it in the over a form about 200F for say
15 minutes then letting it cool and it will keep the airfoil shape. Also
a covering iron for iron on films like monokote and ultracote can be
used as well.
