F1D prop spars

Hi all

I'm building some F1D props and making some prop spars. I have a few questions re the spars...
- round or square section?
- boron... which sides... not at all?
- most critical... target weight?

My first one was 0.19g which seems way heavy... that includes spar wood, glue join and boron (2 full length) only, no hook, no blades.

Seems to me the whole completed prop should probably weigh only 0.2g-ish?

Given that I'm still making progress in this discipline, what weights should I be aiming for?
