Gary, I think your interpretation is correct--add the first option with the last option to arrive at the paper-only vote, and add the middle two options for the plastic vote. Last check I got 12 paper, 11 plastic. Would be hard to summarize the whole thing without just going to the whole thing. Apparently DDL was also reporting "about" the votes he has in his pocket, those who called him. You, BTW can do the same, collect some vest pocket votes from friends who aren't online.
