Fred,

I had considered proposing to delete Exp. Autogiro as it has never been
flown as far I know in 20 years and it is still listed as a
"provisional" event. In the old days my understanding is that autogiros
flew so bad your flight time was essentially how long before your model
crashed on the floor. So then wings were allowed. If people do not like
the current gyro rules they have had 20 years to fly the other version
of event and I have never seen anyone (with the exception of the guy who
proposed it) fly a wingless version.
