Motor sleeves

Sleeves are used routinely on LPP which probably has the most restrictive rules of any class. They don't regulate energy delivery. They keep the motor from bunching and stopping the prop. I don't believe a serious EZB flyer would ever use sleeves because they would make the model the model carry an unacceptable amount of extra dead weight and probably would not be needed on an EZB anyway.
