prop forming question

Morning, Dave: My school group built some micro turbines for the
"Kidwind" project last year - You should look that site up, maybe would
be something you could use. We made laminated balsa props planed and
sanded to airfoil shape.

On the "bottle" props, the bottle size pretty well controls the camber,
the angle controls the pitch/radius angle change (kinda helical).

If possible you should check what will be used to "make the wind", we
designed for a wind tunnel, actually they had a fan in a box that put
out really turbulent air so we didn't do too well.

If you have good "wind" the prop tip needs to be a almost zero pitch for
maximum rotational speed, if you just have a fan you need a blade that
looks kinda like it was cut from the edge of a meat tray.
