Just a couple thoughts, is the "arc' rib better than something like the
"simplex", there is a download that calculates any size airfoil for the
simplex.?

Also, FWIW, I "warp" my strip ribs rather than cut from sheet, easier
and stronger, I do a 1 1/2' wide sheet, then strip width I want.
