My F1D Prop spars are round, tapered from 1.6 mm to 0.7 mm
from balza 0.13-0.15 g/cm3 (8-9 Lb/ft3). No any bow.

  Subject: [Indoor_Construction] Prop spar warping...

I have been having a problem with my F1D/HLS/IS props in that the spar over a few weeks tends to bow out toward the tip, i.e. as the prop is on the plane, the tips are bowed toward the front...

I'm guessing that it is warping because of the glue shrinking on the rib/spar joint... I use Ambroid or Duco, no plasticizer...

Anyone else have the problem... or a solution...?
