Parker and I just got home this afternoon and wanted to issue a big thanks to all of those who provided assistance and encouragement to us at Lakehurst. It was a major leap forward in our learning curve and Parker said it best..."we need better props dad." It was comforting to see that Parker was a natural at steering, at least at the 70' mark, as he had trouble getting his planes higher than that. His times were un-impressive compared to the Seniors but he was already getting a game plan on the way home. We're in deep now! I especially want to thank Jeff Hood, who shocks me when he puts his table anywhere near ours. Parker is a question machine and Jeff is his favorite victim. I was proud of him for putting up all 9 flights no matter what the weather was. It was phenominal practice. Next time around...I'm in!
