There used to be anti-static guns that put out a bit of ionized air
used to clean negatives and slides (yeah, film, remember that stuff,
you put in your camera...). There were also brushes with strips of
radioactive material that was also supposed to remove dust. I haven't
the slightest idea whether these are available anymore.
