I like heavier prop shafts - usually .019 or .020 - just because they hold up better to the beefy motors but .015 will work.
Your weights look okay if you don't go too much overboard on the tailboom. LPP props can run from around .7g to 1g in my experience. Bigger props usually seem to do better. The Mylar Doll prop is huge and that plan is available on indoornews.com.
Rubber size depends on your prop, your flying technique.and what kind of rubber you have. For really good rubber in low ceilings I'm usually in the .095 range with loops around 16" long. For not so good rubber you might do better with thicker and shorter motors. A smaller prop might do better with thinner motors. Or if you like to do rafter banging a thinner motor might do better.
