LPP props and motors

Is .015 too thin for prop shafts on LPP. I have bent some pigtail bearings out of .o2o and the .015 fits. Also where's a good starting point for rubber? 10" motorstick. Wing weighs .65g, tail weighs .3? motorstick not tail boom .95.
