Barry,

Please note that the dilute adhesive is applied to the top of the film to tighten up the wrinkle at the dihedral breaks. To me, this was counterintuitive. I did not understand at first that we were simply gluing the excess film to itself and that surface tension was doing all the work. I have also used dilute Ambroid or Duco, and maybe even dilute white glue.

A soda and spit works great, but if you use naphtha then add a touch of 3M77 to hold it maybe 10:1
