Ha! Nice job dispelling DeLoach's "elitist introvert" myth.

How about being a little more noisey [sic] yourself and sharing how you obtained access to an Indoor site? What is your program like? How many kids/adults continue on from the delta darts to "real" indoor planes (I believe Tim Chang came through this program, so good job on that)? Who is the anchor for your group?

Achieving critical mass is key. Get a site and enough interested people and the activity sustains itself and grows. But every place I've seen this work, there has been a strong personality "anchor".
