How 'bout SUSPEND any event which failed to field at least 3 contestants in both the most recent USIC/Nats and the one previous to that. (One or the other having 3 would save it.) DNFs do not count.
Such suspended events would still be allowed to fly for record setting.
Reinstate any event suspended event the following contest if and when any 3 flyers show up to demo fly the event in question, along with requesting reinstatement with CD.
