Leroy, the tiff indicates a 5" format, but Bill converted to PDF that looks printable. His jpg is too big. I think individual printers and software make anything but PDF open to sizing problems. I tried to convert what text/images I uploaded to pdf. Missed the Tagliafico tiff.

Well, ... (according to Andrew!) he is the originater of this bearing jig. I watched him describe and exhibit the method years ago at the 747 hangar in Everett. Licked my bloody fingers while he demonstrated, and made one the next day from 3/8" dowel. Still use it.

Before then, I spent a weekend rigging a bench vice for the long mandrel; and, had a horrible time. Even put a Harlan bearing on a stick, in frustration.
