Am resurrecting this question hoping it was missed.

One additional thought, after seeing Max's Ebay post a couple weeks later, is: Are newcommers with only current rubber choice at a disadvantage compared to Tan II flyers - how much of a disadvantage?

I don't want to overestimate potential based on my limited knowledge.
