Yep, it's hard to distinguish between Marketing-Speak and a substantive
ingredient change with such products. Anyhow, I only wanted to have a
good conscience in giving away my bottle of F-21 to my indoor student.
So now I'll just tell him, "This stuff should be fine, but buy some
silicone oil when you can."
