Hey Mark,
I have a bottle of both that I bought from Big-Lots about a year ago.
After inspecting both,my guess is that there might be a difference. The
2001 smells like paint and the F21 smells like soap. Also, both code
and sku numbers are slightly different. The 2001 bottle mentions the
words "urethane enriched formula" and the F21 bottle mentions the
words "nano-tech formula". Both have "sun stop".
