Hello

I'm Tobias from Holland, I'm flying F1M models for 5 years now.
In Holland we don’t have lots of people the last couple of years who fly whit a VP system.
There are some guys who tried it from my building club (NLC) but did not succeed
I'm trying it now and hope to get some results, because with a normal F1M whit standard prop I could not get to the 11 minutes or more.
My goal is to fly 13 minutes in a 7 meter hall.

I have a few questions
- What is the most common high and low pitch?
- What thickness of steel wire do I need to use for the preload spring?

I have build some vp systems from an drawing I got from Nick Aikman

I am now building an carbon fiber vp system, does anyone have experiences whit this system.

I can build the VP's but the flying and adjusting is very hard, and I'm not having progress in the time of flying.

GR Tobias

PS check www.iifi.nl I hope to se some of you there.
