Tapio,

Was your first F1M the one that you flew successfully for second place, if I remember correctly, at the USIC or was that a later F1M of yours?

Don't thank me, thank Dieter Siebanmann and Thedo Andre for designing
the model and making such detailed building instructions.

My first F1M was built along the lines of Moustique. Having built a
couple of national adaptation of the pennyplane, I did some
modifications, increased wing chord by a cm or two, moved fins to the
end of the stab, used tubes for fuselage. Even though my model is now -
if I recall right - 13 years old, is is still going stung, and a great
model to fly for show purposes, when the conditions are too turbulent to
take the more extreme current models out of the box.
