That's not a bad weight for ministick prop. I have a couple that are
lighter, but my best one is .100g.

Can't comment on the electronic scale problem, as I have only used beam
balances, largely due to the kind of anomalies or idiosyncracies that
you describe, which don't seem to be big deal to everyone else. At
least I can always troubleshoot a beam balance. They're a pain to
transport to a contest, but I do.
