USIC history

I'm looking for some info for the next MA column. Does anyone remember:

- When ETSU became the home for USIC
- When the AMA Nats joined USIC at ETSU

I have the "how's" and "what for's" direct from Tony Italiano, but we
are working on nailing down the dates.
