New Folder in Files Section

I have some free time and am transfering files to a new computer. Was
looking for a super simple torque meter build - haven't found it, yet -
but ran across several interesting bits in my modeling files.

They are posted in: "Charts, Jigs, Formulae, Stuff".

It is pretty much stuff gleaned from searches, surfing, and beggary. If
an author finds something defunct, or in error, let me know.
