I just got the official word from the AMA that the sanction is in
place for the Cat I Record Trials on January 24th, 2009...

Anyone who is planning on attending that has not already contacted me,
please do so, so that I can plan for setup. So far I have 7 tenative
participants on my list...
Site is a pretty good Cat I, with a tiled ceiling with only the small
square box lights as obstructions... Air handlers can be turned off,
and there is virtually no air movement when they are turned off...
Not a large gym, slightly larger than a basketball court, but good
conditions...
If anyone needs help finding accomodations, just let me know...
Plenty of hotels nearby, and rates should be pretty good that time of
year...
