Cat I contest in January - Lancaster PA

Ok... I got the location scheduled for January 24th, 2009... The
record trial/contest will be from 7am to 7pm... I'll be getting an
information flyer together in the next few weeks with directions,
hotels in the area, etc... Also, I'll get measurements on the floor
space and exact height... There is plenty of room off to the side for
tables, but the floor space for flying is basically a basketball court
plus a bit on the sides...

I would appreciate if anyone who is sure that they will be coming
would email me, so that I can get an idea of what will be needed for
setup...
