Bill,

I am assuming that the top plates on both wing and stab are vertical, and the center sections are horizontal. And that the end rib tilt that is called out is so that the mylar covering does NOT attach in the plane of the tip plates.

Please correct me if my assumptions are in error.

I missed the prop specifications on the first version of the Finny 09
plan. The prop shape and initial pitch setting has been added.
