Probably everyone who has entered team selection program last two
cycles gets a book. One interesting part to me was that AMA now pays
only $400 per team member after paying team's WC entry fees, lodging,
food, banquet (but apparently not airline tickets.) Seems any
additional funding for team members has to be (independently?) raised
by indoor community efforts, held in escrow by AMA in "Team Fund." But
AMA offers to "support" the effort with free advertising, etc.
Prediction--TF entry fees to go WAY up, so the losers get to subsidize
the winners. That's how outdoor FF has been for a while--at almost
couple hundred $$ in fees to go to Team Finals.
