[indoor_construction] WCh F1D 2008 Belgrade

I wish thanks to all in participation on WCh F1D in Belgrade this year.
We were glad to host all you, and we hope you were satisfied with
competition, with hosting, with people, and with Belgrade.
I hope see you soon on the same place. New FAI world record Cat 3.
achieved at WCh is the best argument for hall 1, and I congratulate to Ivan
Treger for this record, about 2 minutes better than the old one.
