Something else that is important with paper coverings is to never cover your
model on a rainy or very humid day. And it helps to heat up your covering
are with a strong lightbulb. This will dry it out further.

That would be great if i could get above 5 minutes!! i also saw your wrote
down 18" motors? my plan asks for a 13" motor. Size really matters! I am
looking forward to giving it a whirl tomorow at the next indoor meet and i
hope that the tissue does not shrink.  I shurnk the tissue on a frame about
6 times with water and then i crumpled it into a ball and then smoothed it
out with an iron again. so that should keep the shrinking at bay
