Actually some of us didn't get final ballots and the deadline was extended until June 27.

  The weight rule got submitted but was voted down by a 3 to 4 vote. Four contest board members did not vote.

  Dist 10 DNV, Dist 11 Y

  I think I am going to pass on participating in the No-Cal rules thing.
