Hi Bill,
The site picture looks exactly like the site that
the Indian River Kontrol Society uses in Cocoa Beach,
Fl. I have flown there more than three times and even
electric RC models have never caused any problem
hitting the roof etc. during our events there. Go to

there. Best wishes in obtaining this good flying site.
It's not as good as Lakehurst here in New Jersey but
fine for flying anyway.
