laminated ribs

I just weighed 12 ribe 4" long stripped from a blank of 2 layers 1/32
about 6 or so lb balsa laminated and formed in a jig.

1/16 wide, weighed .5 gm for all 12. Wonder if that is bad or
reasonable, I use them on the Dennydart Mark IV.
