Ya, that's what I mean by "wet bent" ribs. Didn't (or don't) know
there was any essential difference between bending a whole sheet and
slicing off, or indiviually bending ribs around form.

Wombat: Laminating would probably be instantly too heavy for F1d ribs.
We're talking 12-15 mg ribs at 7.8" chord. The only springback
problems I've seen with anything (so far) is the figuring the (smaller)
radius to end up with another (bigger) radius. A couple experiments
usually gives the answer.
