Prop Angling

Making the prop for a Cezar Banks PP. On a 12" dia. prop and 22"
pitch, what angle would the blade be? Not sure how this pitch stuff
works. Would seem to me it would be easier just to state the blade
angle, in the plans. Am sure I am missing something here. What it is I
do not know. Need some help, please.
