I use a small piece of teflon tubing. Tim Goldstein (F1D.biz)sells
teflon tubing that you can use to make prop washers (.015 ID). I
simply cut off a slightly thicker piece than I would use for a prop
washer and add a dab of ambroid to secure it in place. Never had one
come loose.
