Thanks for the reply. I was hoping to hear from you. Not being a glider
flyer, I must admit I didn't realize there was a difference in the rules pertaining
to rubber for indoor & outdoor gliders. Still, I must question the logic for
changing the poorly conceived existing rule for an equally poorly conceived
new rule.
Eliminating the restriction or a weight limit instead of dimensional limits
makes more sense to me.
