My question is why not start one ( 1 hr ) hour earlier, I do not know
the starting time. My wife and I have always had a time finding a place to eat after 9:00 Pm (2100 ) in J.C. when we visit the grandchildren. We stay at the Sleep Inn and they told us where to go after 9:00 .
Starting earlier might be the solution to the problem getting breakfast at 5:00
A.M. ( 0500 ) was never a problem.
