I can't speak on what other people expect, but I can say that people
have launched near (not on top of) me and I've launched near other
people with little problem.

Now, if you were intent on making it be a problem I'm sure you'd be
able to figure out a way :)

What was the situation with that one person you saw? Did it happen
in your Cat I site? If so, I'd certainly understand how they'd be in
the way.
