you can get carbide circuit board drills with 1/8" shanks, tiny sizes,
for cheap from some surplus places. assortments, but with a wide range
of sizes. They are regrinds, too short to drill circuit board stacks any
more... Harbor freight, wholesale tool among others, sell them... if
you're lucky you'll get a few tiny carbide router bits in the pack too.
