Mike and/or Mary,
I agree with you but think about the ones do not know
how to search on the internet or in the list.
On List and forums the ones prone to ask what all old members
already know are the new members.. and usually they are also
the ones that they dont know how to search or they just join
because they are lost in the internet sea.
Some old topics comming again and some incredably easy (dumb?)
questions are repetitive... BUT ALSO, answers like "read the
manual" "search messages" "look in correct place" Etcetera
are also VERY repetitive. :)
Sometimes is easy to just reply those repeated question.
