I use Ray Harlan's bearings for just about everything. They are easy
to use and well made. Use a spacer to increase the rubber clearance
and a Penny Plane bearing and you should be all set.

At Ray's advice, I've been using short lengths of teflon tubing
instead of washers. This seems to work just fine and it's harder to
lose the tubing than teflon washers. Also from Ray, a small drop of
oil on the prop shaft improves things.
